We have just had our first cohort of mySMEleaders this morning, led by Gareth Chick and Joshua Nurcombe-Pike!
There was a lot of engagement and participation from everyone during the workshop, as they explored authentic leadership and how critical this is in understanding one’s own personal leadership values.
